Inca nu m-am hotarat daca sa scriu in engleza sau in romana,asa ca voi mai face si cateva posturi in romana.

Detin un Ford Focus din anul 2000 si pot sa spun ca imi place foarte mult masina.Are un design frumos si este foarte spatioasa.Am mers cu ea foarte mult si nu am avut probleme foarte mari.De fapt singura problema ar fi ca,uneori, nu imi porneste de la prima cheie.In rest sunt multumit de ea.

Do you know where I could buy an Auto Alarm for my Ford Focus 1.8 TDDI year 2000 ?

I wanted to buy a remote control locking system for all doors, but some mechanic told me that it would be best if I could get to speak to an auto electrician so that he can guide me better, as he thinks the price for an alarm with such remote control for locking system may be at the same price, or at least at a good price, for those two compared.

Still, was thinking of asking you also. Maybe a mechanic or electrician reads my blog ? :)

My Focus is back...

..to the service. I had a part of the car painted, because I scratched it. But at the service they put on the wrong write.

I think they added White 13 or White 10, instead of White Diamond, which is the real color for my Focus.

So I have to leave the car again for two days so that they can fix it now and for good.

I was also thinking of putting on the car an alarm system and a auto-lock thro remote control.

Did you noticed that the blog has got to PR 2 ?

You have to love Blogger! I really enjoy blogging like this, knowing that everyone can read my articles as they get indexed quite fast. Also, the system is very easy to use and the design is so easy to customize.

I may soon learn how to build blogger templates, because I have to tell you : I want some design for all my automotive blogs.

How to write ?

I like to write both in romanian and in english. The problem is that I do not know what language to pick for this blog. I write a lot about cars, about trips, about tourism and transportation ( and a bunch of stuff like that ) and I do not know which language would be the best for such blogposting.

It`s easier for me to write in romanian, that`s obvious, but still..in english there are more people that can read me. So, it`s quite hard to choose. Maybe you can help me with this one and drop me a line of comment telling me in which language would you prefer me to write ?

Fiind un detinator de Ford pot sa fac afirmatii cat de cat OK atunci cand vine vorba de producatorul american de masini.

Fordurile sunt masini bune, in opinia mea. Majoritatea pieselor sunt la fel de scumpe ca si piesele auto nemtesti si asta nu ma deranjeaza. Francezii au si mai scumpe.

In orice caz, pentru piese auto am mers pana acum la Promotor. De acolo am luat ceea ce mi-a trebuit. Ultima data am ajuns acolo pentru un schimb de ulei si desi exista si ulei de motor produs chiar de cei de la Ford, am fost sfatuit sa aleg MOBIL 1, pentru acesta ar fi de cea mai inalta calitate.

Asta imi place la un magazin de piese auto bun! Faptul ca exista specialisti care sa te ajute in momentul in care ai nevoie de un sfat sau de o idee. Cel putin pentru detinatorii de FORD - pot sa va recomand magazinul auto de mai sus. Este pentru moment cu sediul doar in Timisoara, dar cred ca se pot face comenzi si direct online.

Ford's Volvo unit to cut 2,000 jobs

Volvo, owned by Ford Motor, said Wednesday that it would cut 2,000 jobs across its operations.

Volvo said it planned to reduce its work force by 1,400 white-collar staff and 600 blue-collar workers, its biggest-ever round of job cuts, to offset the impact of a weak auto market and surging raw material costs.

The company, which has about 25,000 employees, has long been the victim of negative currency swings from the dollar's weakness as well as surging steel prices. Recently the situation had worsened, it said.

"Previously, this had been balanced with the help of cost reduction and efficiency programs," it said. "However, with a continued declining U.S. market, continued price increases on raw materials, and weaker market conditions in Europe, the situation has deteriorated."
